Cutting Gear
Cutting gears are mainly manufactured by using Hobbing Machine. After pre-processing, gears are cut by hob cutter one by one. Although this production method is time-consuming, the precision is quaranteed. For a good cutting gear, its precision can reach as high as JGMA Level 1 or above. Undoubtedly, the cost is comparatively higher. Cutting gears are widely used at printers, fax machine, camera and other high precision equipments.
